How to prevent improper use of springs
1. The spring is prevented from being used with a large amount of compression across Z, and the occurrence of pressure will further cause damage. 2. Because there is an empty space, the vibration of the hardware spring up and down leads to the misunderstanding of the spring. It is assumed that the hardware spring will be relatively stable when preloading.
3. When the hardware spring is assumed to be used horizontally, the guide pin and the spring will be worn and may crack.
4. It is assumed that it is used in the case of metal spring guiding, which is very simple to form the misunderstanding of the spring bottom and the body. The high pressure of the misunderstanding part is an important reason for the spring cracking, so it is necessary to use the inner diameter guide pin or the outer diameter guide and other equipment.
5. When the parallelism of the equipment surface is poor, it will cause spring misunderstanding, some of which will cause high pressure cracking, and when the parallelism is poor, it will cause spring misunderstanding and over 300000 cycles of application will cause spring cracking. It is not possible to improve the parallelism of the equipment surface under the condition of over 300000 cycles of operation.
6. When the space between the guide pin and the guide pin is very small, the inner diameter will collide and wear. The wear part is an important reason for the cracking of the hardware spring. On the contrary, if the space is too large, the hardware spring will be misunderstood and cracked. The inner diameter of the spring is about - 1.0mm. As for the spring with long leisure length (leisure length / outer diameter greater than 4), please use the step or guide pin to prevent the collision between the spring body and the guide pin in case of misunderstanding.
