1) Cold forming technology of Kunshan spring
1) The cold forming process can only be adjusted by one-time automation. The cold forming machine has now developed to 12 claws. The steel wire within the (0.3-14) mm plan is basically formed at one time by the 8-jaw forming machine. The development direction of current forming process equipment:
① The first development trend of trudging forming speed is the forming speed of trudging equipment, that is, the production power;
② Trekking equipment durability by trekking the precision of equipment parts and strengthening heat treatment;
③ Add a length sensor and a laser range finder to automatically control the manufacturing process of the CNC forming machine.
2) The cold forming process planning is only adjusted. At present, Kunshan spring coiling machine with large wire diameter can reach 20mm and 2000mPa with a winding ratio of 5. The cold forming process of variable diameter or equal diameter minic block spring and bias spring in Kunshan spring factory is still limited.
(2) Hot forming technology of Kunshan spring
1) The hot forming process speed is adjusted. At present, there are only CNC2 axis hot spring coiling machine in China for forming on the (9-25) mm standard, with 17 pieces per minute at Z-speed. Compared with developed countries, the distance is large.
2) The hot forming process control of large spring can only be adjusted. Since there is only CNC2 axis hot coil spring machine, there are less three directions for shape control and the accuracy is poor; And there is no automatic rod rotation control and adjustment organization, so the hot-rolled Kunshan spring forming process is steep and low. Therefore, the accuracy of the spring is steep and the oxidation decarburization level of the surface is low.
