The spring is distorted due to the up and down vibration of the spring due to the clearance. If there is preloading, the spring is relatively stable. The pressure generation will further cause damage, and the use close to the tight length will make the spring wire gradually close. This is because the fixed number of the hardware spring becomes higher, which will cause the load curve to become higher, and the high stress will cause the spring to break. Please do not use it more than 300000 times. If it is used without spring guide, it is easy to distort the bottom and body of the spring. The local high pressure of the twisted part is the main cause of the spring fracture. Please use inner diameter guide pin or outer diameter guide and other devices.
If the clearance between the countersunk hole and the spring is too small, the outer side will be expanded due to the compression of the spring and the force will be concentrated and broken due to the friction between the countersunk hole and the spring. The better countersunk hole diameter is the spring outer diameter + 1.5mm. For free long springs, please use countersunk hole shape. If the guide pin is too short, it will cause the head of the guide pin and the spring to wear and break. The ideal length of the guide pin is set to be more than 1 / 2 of the spring length, and please reverse the chamfer of C3.
