What is the processing technology of custom spring sharing twisted spring?

At the present stage, the production and manufacturing of spiral stretching and twisting springs, except for a small number of manufacturing plants that introduce overseas CNC machine tools and spring forming machines to produce and process various types of stretching and twisting springs in one-time automatic molding. Most of the production plants still use the traditional production and processing methods to produce and manufacture. Now, each of them will make a brief and detailed introduction.

1. Spiral type tensile spring. The processing technology is basically the same as that of the spiral reduction spring. The only difference is the production and processing of the hook and loop at the top. The forming method of the Lashin spring is as follows:

1) In the same way as the spiral reduction spring, after the wire is formed, the in-situ stress quenching is carried out, and then the hook and loop production and processing are carried out. Except for the hook and loop with unique appearance or the spiral tensile spring with high specified initial tensile strength, which is produced by the CNC lathe or manually, the vast majority of springs are produced by the full-automatic spring pressing machine.

2) It is produced by straight tail spring pressing machine. It is a vertical column type spring compression machine. After production, carry out in-situ stress quenching, and then carry out hook and loop production and processing. There are many top structure forms and many production and processing methods of spiral type Lashin spring. The common ones are: small and medium-sized springs are processed manually with pointed nose pliers or special processing equipment; The general spiral type tensile spring is manufactured by manual or fully automatic operation steps of the hook bender or die shell; The stretching spring of the lengthening arm hook ring of the excavator is generally the material length required for pulling the hook in the time and space of the rewinding machine, or the number of turns required for production and processing after production. Straighten both sides with special straightening tools, and then roll the hook ring with common tools. The processing technology standard of in-situ stress quenching is as described above. After the spring is rolled, the in-situ stress quenching shall be carried out first, and then the hook and loop production and processing shall be carried out. After the hook and loop production and processing, the in-situ stress quenching shall be carried out for 1 to 2 times. In order to better avoid the change of the relative angle of view of the two shackles, the temperature after the production and processing of the shackles shall be 20-30 ° C lower than the temperature after the rolling during the in-situ stress quenching. Generally, shot blasting and forced pulling are not carried out for spiral type tensile springs.

2. Helical torsion spring. Its processing technology is basically the same as that of spiral reduction and Lashin spring, but the difference is the production and processing of the top end. Under the condition of small and large-scale production and very complex torsion arm, most of them are formed by manual or fully automatic journal coil spring method, and then the torsion arm is produced and processed according to the sample drawing with fixture. In mass production, it can be rolled up on the straight tail spring pressing machine and the torsion spring. If the torsion arm cannot be carried out according to the sample drawing, it can be produced and processed with work clothes and tooling fixtures according to the process flow. According to the characteristics of spiral torsion spring, the following two points shall be paid attention to during the design scheme and manufacturing:

1) The torsion arm at the top of the spiral torsion spring shall be bent and formed at one time during the production and manufacturing to prevent production and processing defects and calibrate the plastic and aesthetic production and processing. After the production and processing of the torsion arm, the second in-situ stress quenching shall be carried out;

2) At the present stage, the spiral torsion spring is often seen as a tight ring, which causes a clamping force in the middle of the spring ring that is similar to the initial tensile force of the Larsen spring. When it is loaded and unloaded, it will cause sliding friction and fall behind. When the loading direction is the same as the rotation direction or the number of turns is increased, this kind of force tends to rise; In addition, it also brings difficulties to the surface treatment process. Therefore, in the design and molding, there should be a little space between the spring coils. In many production and manufacturing, under the condition that there are standards, the manufacturer can select hydraulic press, pneumatic and other methods to produce and process the process flow of spiral stretching, twisting spring, sheet metal bending, bending hook and so on.
