1. From the aspect of appearance
At present, most of the terminal blocks produced are subject to sampling test, and good terminal blocks should have good workmanship, i.e. flat surface, no scratch, no burr at edges and corners, and uniform wall thickness; More importantly, the fitting degree of the plug and the needle base is high, and there is no phenomenon of too high or too low insertion force.
2. In terms of raw materials
Generally speaking, raw materials can be divided into two parts:
