Voltage withstand test procedure for low and high-end conductors of terminal blocks?
1、 The terminal housing shall be grounded before use to ensure the safety of the operator;
2、 Connect the external power supply 220V and 50Hz, connect the high-voltage output line (red) and the low-end line (black) of the terminal with the high-end (red) and low-end (black) of the instrument respectively, and place the two output terminals in the air;
3、 Set the leakage current according to the test requirements: turn the "leakage current setting" pin of the terminal to the required current level; It is required to set the test time and set "time" as the time required for the test;
4、 Select the voltage range according to the test requirements: 2.5kv/kv, and then set the test voltage. First, turn the "voltage regulation" of the terminal block counterclockwise to the zero position, turn on the power switch, press the "start" button, the "high voltage" indicator light is on, and turn the voltage regulator knob clockwise until the "high voltage display" shows the required voltage;
5、 Press the "reset" button, cut off the test voltage, and then connect the output high end (red) and output low end (black) with the conductor of the terminal and the water respectively. At this time, the water has been charged, and the human body must not touch the water, the output terminal and the conductor of the wire and cable;
6、 Press the "start" button. At this time, the high voltage is applied to the product to be tested. If the product is unqualified, there will be an audible and visual alarm. Press the "reset" button immediately to stop the test;
7、 If it is necessary to stop the test halfway, press the "reset" button immediately, the test high voltage is cut off and the test stops;
8、 After the test, cut off the external power supply of the terminal to ensure safety;
9、 In order to ensure safety, there should be more than two people on the site during operation. The ground should be paved with insulating mat. The operator should stand on the insulating mat. During the test, the human body must not touch the test terminal.
How to check whether the solderability of terminal board is up to standard?
1) After the raw material circuit boards of each batch of terminal blocks are put into the warehouse, 3-4 coils of wires must be randomly selected, and the required size and quantity of circuit boards shall be 100. The weldability of one end of 3.2mm of the stripping opening shall be mainly tested. Cable joint
2) Preparation: after the tin furnace is heated up, the temperature of the tin surface is controlled at 270 ° C ± 1 with a thermocouple tester, and environmental protection flux and environmental protection tin are used.
3) Dip one end of the circuit board with the required size of 3.2mm into the side of the circuit board with the flux, stay for 30 seconds, wait for it to fully adhere to the surface, then clamp the circuit board with the terminal block, insert it into the tin surface, and stay for 3-5 seconds.
4) After tin immersion, place it aside for 30 seconds, then observe whether the tin immersion mouth is full, pull it out with 1-1.5kg tension, and observe whether the terminal block is loose.
5) If the tin dip mouth is bright and full, and the wire is pulled out with 1-1.5kg pulling force, it can be determined that the solderability of the terminal board is up to standard.
