Precautions for connection of wiring terminal
1. When the terminal is fixed, the torque shall be moderate, and the loose terminal shall be replaced in time. In case of looseness or falling, it is prohibited to continue working.
2. When the screwdriver is used to fasten or loosen the screw on the terminal, the top of the screwdriver must be screwed firmly, and then fastened or loosened. In order to prevent the screw driver from sliding with the screw, the screw is not easy to be disassembled and assembled, especially the air switch commonly used in the hanging box.
3. If it is difficult to remove the bolts and nuts, do not act rashly to prevent the deformation of the screws on the end face from being difficult to remove. Appropriate matching and knocking shall be given, or screw loosening agent shall be added, hydrochloric acid shall be diluted and then removed.
4. Do not tighten or loosen the bolts and nuts of connecting terminals, and use vice pliers to prevent damage. Adjust the opening when using a movable wrench to prevent damage and deformation of bolts and nuts, which will make disassembly and assembly difficult.
5. Two wires of the same type and specification can only be connected to the same terminal.
6. For terminals that are easy to loosen or contact, the wire connector must be fixed on the terminal in the form of question mark. Increase the contact area to prevent loosening.
7. When connecting the wire connector or machine head of the terminal, it is strictly prohibited to add non copper gaskets or gaskets with poor conductivity.
8. The contact surface of terminal connector shall be smooth and free of oxidation. After cleaning, apply conductive paste and tighten it.
9. The terminal shall be connected with temporary wires. The single wire connector shall be folded into two halves, and then the connector shall be connected to the empty opening. The single core hard wire shall be connected to the empty opening in the form of question mark.
10. For the motor terminal of 30kW and above, the cable shall not be pulled out of the motor and connected to the motor. Pads with poor conductivity, such as galvanized nuts, flat pads and spring pads.
11. When the cable is connected to the terminal or other equipment with insulating tape to protect the insulation, the insulation layer shall meet the pressure ratio of 1 / 2 from one end to the other, and it needs to be wound back and forth.
