1) The terminal board shall be firmly installed. When the terminal board is at the bottom of the instrument panel, cabinet and box, the height from the foundation surface shall not be less than 250mm. When the terminal board is on the top or side, the distance from the panel, cabinet and box edge shall not be less than 100mm. When multiple groups of terminal boards are installed side by side, the clear distance between them shall not be less than 200mm.
2) The lines at both ends of the wiring terminals of the instrument panel, cabinet and box shall be marked according to the design drawings. The label shall be correct, legible and not easy to fade.
3) The lines in the instrument panel, cabinet and box shall not have joints, and the insulation protection layer shall not be damaged.
4) The lines in the instrument panel, cabinet and box should be laid in the trunking, and they can also be laid in the small junction box. When the open wire is laid, the cable harness shall be firmly tied with a tie made of insulating material, and the spacing of the tie should be 100-200mm.
5) Rubber insulated core wires and shielded wires stripped of external sheath shall be provided with insulating sheath.
6) Cables and wires entering the instrument panel, cabinet and box from the outside shall be wired after they pass the conduction inspection and insulation resistance inspection.
7) The spare core wire shall be connected to the spare terminal, or reserved according to the large length that may be used, and the spare wire number shall be marked according to the requirements of the design document.
8) When connecting the conductor with the terminal board, instrument, electrical equipment, etc., there shall be allowance.
One point to be noted: the wiring of the instrument shall comply with the following provisions: the wiring shall be calibrated before wiring, and the wire end shall be marked; The wire core shall not be damaged when stripping the insulation layer; The connection between the cable and the terminal shall be uniform and firm with good conductivity; The terminal of multi strand wire core should adopt lug, and the connection between wire and lug should be crimped.
